To whom it may concern,
Thank you so much in advance for writing/drawing for me! As per usual I'd be pretty happy with just about anything you can come up with for these songs/videos, but below are some suggestions if you want them:
Stuff I like:
- Period pieces, the more detailed the better
- Lyrical prose bordering on the purple
- Poetry
- Mythology/folklore wank
- Steampunk
- Pseudo-factual material like found footage and fiction presented nonfictionally, like as a documentary or newspaper account
- Travel narratives
- Scenery porn
- Porn porn (vanilla is fine, kinky is fine, non-/dubcon is fine for specified prompts, just no excrement or hardcore guro/body mod stuff.)
Song: Miracle - Caravan Palace (Video)

Lyrics link: https://genius.com/Caravan-palace-miracle-lyrics
Genre: Electro-Swing
You can totally go the History Channel crackpot route here with the women being extraterrestrial/supernatural/whatever in nature or you can just tell me about the history of the hyperadvanced Mesoamerican sisterhood of spacefarers who just obtained their dude-powered spaceship building knowledge themselves through good old-fashioned research and experimentation. Either would be great, both would be great, I just want to know about how they got/built the spaceship, and possibly about their adventures exploring space subsequently if that'd be something you're into. Art-wise, something in the style of the original would be cool - maybe some spaceship plans or maps of the pyramid compound or something.
Song: Zeit - Rammstein (Video)
Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EbHGS_bVkXY
Lyrics link: https://affenknecht.com/lyrics-of-rammstein-song-zeit-and-english-translation/
Genre: Industrial metal
A story about any of the scenarios depicted would be great, or you could weave some or all of them together - are the guys the same people in different lives/places, or just different groups of people touched by the things in the robes? Is the giant hourglass somewhere for birth, death, reincarnation, or some combination? What does that statue mean? What's the dead girl's story - she looks sort of unhealthy to begin with, was she dying already, or somehow marked by the psychopomp things? Artistic depictions of anything from the video or extrapolating on it would be super cool (a detail from the statue, maybe, or just the statue itself, or a more detailed scene of the reapers standing aside for father and daughter, or...)
Song: The Handsome Family - Far From Any Road (Song)
Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TRJ_s2G76Hg
Lyrics link: https://www.azlyrics.com/lyrics/handsomefamily/farfromanyroad.html
Genre: Country
I love the sort of southwestern Gothic feel of this, so just go all out with who the singer(s) might be, who they're being haunted by, what they're doing in the desert in the first place, &c. Weird West stuff is good, more modern stuff is good, just tell me some kind of cool story about who "she" is, lurking out in the desert surrounded by vaguely menacing wildlife (or, you know, anything else that occurs. Again, I'm sure I'll be into whatever this inspires in you.) As far as art options go I am a huge sucker for desertscapes, so just some kind of desert night scene or just one of the more beautiful or disturbing images suggested by the lyrics.
Song: The Tower - Bruce Dickinson (Song)
Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fw9pzRsTxl8
Lyrics link: http://www.azlyrics.com/lyrics/brucedickinson/thetower.html
Genre: Heavy metal
So you're welcome to go to the video for this one, or to the tarot symbolism suggested by the chorus (a choice to be made under tumultuous, changing circumstances involving the division of positive-logical and negative-mystical forces, details subject to change depending on what interpretations of the cards in question you like.) Just go as literal or as metaphorical as you want - the quantum physics angle, the cards themselves, the archetypes the cards draw on, just the story of the Lovers from the video making their way up the Tower, it's all good. Obviously a card or two drawn with the visuals from the video would be good if you're arting (Bruce as the Hanged Man would be sweeeet) but I imagine there's enough vivid imagery that you can come up with something super cool either way.
Anyway. Once again, thanks in advance and I can't wait to see what you come up with.
